Blotter 10-31-05

10/17/05 A 7yr old juvenile male was caught shoplifting candy at Sentry Market. Released to parents. 10/18/05 Investigated a one vehicle accident at the entrance to Vernonia Lake. The vehicle was unoccupied and struck a utility pole. 10/20/05 Assisted Clatskanie PD with a pursuit that ended near Mist. The Vernonia Police K-9 Unit was used to track the suspect (Jeff Davis) and other officers assisted in the search. Davis was not located but was found on 10-21-05 at a residence in Vernonia. Davis was arrested and transported to CCSO Jail by the Oregon State Police. 10/23/05 Investigated a Criminal Trespass in the 700 Blk Bridge St. 10/27/05 Report of a possible Phone Fraud or Identity Theft in the 200 Blk Bridge St.
