SKID 2007
On April 25, 2007 the SKID (Stop Kids Intoxicated Driving) program was
presented at Vernonia High School. This was the second time the program
has been done. SKID simulates drunk driving fatality involving local
students and parents as victims and actors. The program is very realistic
and provides a vivid image of the consequences of drinking and driving as
well as the lasting effects it can have on a family and community.

Thank you to the Vernonia Fire Department, Metro-West Ambulance
Service, Life-Flight, and all of the other agencies involved in bringing this
presentation to Vernonia.
