6/6/07 Cited Jordan Harrison (20) of Vernonia for DWS near Bridge St. & Washington Ave. 6/8/07 Found bicycle in the creek by Anderson Park. 6/9/07 Referred Christopher Benzel (12) of Vernonia to Juvenile Department for Theft after he took a bicycle from the area of Vernonia Sentry. Bicycle returned to owner. 6/10/07 Placed a Police Officer Hold on a male subject on Riverside Dr. Taken to a local hospital. 6/11/07 Missing/Endangered person report on Brandy McKernan (25) of Vernonia. Has been missing for three weeks. If you have any information or know where Brandy might be please contact the VPD. 6/11/07 Assisted DHS on a welfare check of a juvenile female on Heather Lane. 6/16/07 Arrested Blu Garrymore (19) of Vernonia on a Failure to Appear warrant from Vernonia Justice Court. Lodged at CCSO Jail. VPD officers issued warnings to over 20 bicyclists, skateboarders, and roller-bladers for various violations including not wearing a helmet, careless acts, and riding on the sidewalks along Bridge St.
