6/19/07 Investigated a one vehicle Motor Vehicle Crash at Bridge St. & California Ave. No injuries. 6/19/07 Report of Criminal Mischief after a rock was thrown by a juvenile male and accidentally struck a passing vehicle on the Rock Creek Bridge. Referred to parents. 6/22/07 Located a Runaway from Clatskanie in the 700 Blk Bridge St. Released to DHS. 6/23/07 Arrested Heather Blackford (34) of North Plains for Disorderly Conduct, Resisting Arrest, and PCS Prescription Medication. Lodged at CCSO Jail. 6/25/07 Domestic Disturbance in 700 Blk Bridge St. Male subject left residence for the night. 6/25/07 Report of possible Sex Abuse involving two juveniles. Referred to DHS and CCSO. 6/26/07 Found Drug Paraphernalia near Timber Rd and Clear Creek Rd was turned into the department for destruction. 6/28/07 Referred Kelly Howley (17) and Kenny Howley (15) both of Vernonia to Juvenile Department for MIP Alcohol at Hawkins Park. Released to parent. VPD Officers stopped approximately 10 people for riding bicycles without helmets and for riding bikes, skates, roller blades, and scooters on the sidewalks along Bridge St.
