6/30/07 Arrested Robert Key (29) of Portland for DUII, Reckless Driving, Attempting to Elude Police and also arrested Jeffery Curtis (43) of Hillsboro for a Probation Violation out of Washington County. 7/1/07 Investigated a dog bite in the 1200 Blk State Ave. Referred to Animal Control. 7/1/07 Bad Checks received in the 800 Blk Bridge St. 7/2/07 Investigated a subject being injured in the 400 Blk Lagoon Dr. by either a ricocheted bullet or pellet. Cause not determined. 7/2/07 Hit and Run to a vehicle in the 900 Blk Rose Ave. 7/2/07 Cited Alex Lende (15) of Vernonia for Throwing a Fire Cracker from a vehicle near Bridge St. and Weed Ave. 7/3/07 Located a male subject who had been reported as Missing/Endangered two years ago from Washington County. Welfare checked and released. 7/5/07 Cited Troy Ostrander (40) of Vernonia for Criminal Trespass in the 500 Blk Bridge St. Released at scene. 7/6/07 Criminal Mischief in the 600 Blk Mist Dr. after a window was egged and broken. 7/7/07 Cited Brian Foss (19) of Toledo and Casey Loving (19) of Vernonia for MIP alcohol in the 400 Blk Bridge St. Release on scene. 7/7/07 Referred Phillip Peerson Jr. (17) of Vernonia, Dallas Armstrong (16) of Vernonia, and Nicolas Henson (16) of Vernonia for Possession of Marijuana near Piss Break on Pebble Creek Rd. All three were released to parents. 7/8/07 Criminal Mischief in 1400 Blk Bridge St. after a window was found broken. 7/9/07 Cited Ricky Bartholomew (36) of Vernonia for Disorderly Conduct and Animal Abuse II in the 9 Blk Rose Ave. Transported my ambulance to hospital for self-inflicted injury and released. 7/15/07 Located a 14yr old female who had falled down a 60 foot embankment South of Vernonia on the Linear Trail. The Vernonia Fire Department performed a rope-rescue bringing the injured victim to the ambulance who then transferred her to Life Flight to be flown to Emanual Hospital.
