Lodged at CCSO Jail. 8/4/07 Arrested Joseph Thrush (30) of Portland for Disorderly Conduct in the 700 Blk Bridge St. Lodged at CCSO Jail. 8/4/07 Theft of fire extinguisher from trailer in 700 Blk Adams Ave. 8/4/07 Arrested Tiffany Winningstad (25) of Vernonia for Assault IV, Disorderly Conduct, and Harassment in the 700 Blk Bridge St. Lodged at CCSO Jail. 8/4/07 Cited Michael Davis (53) of Vernonia for PCS less than ounce of Marijuana near Bridge & Jefferson. 8/5/07 Arrested Derek Warwick (40) of Vernonia for Assault II and Menacing near Rose Ave. & Columbia. Lodged at CCSO Jail. 8/5/07 Criminal Mischief in the Anderson Park bathrooms after someone painted graffiti. 8/5/07 Assault investigation at Anderson Park after a female was slapped several times by a developmentally challenged man.
