Parent of the juvenile confirmed their suspicions through a free Parent Aid Test administered at the VPD. 4/25/08 Referred Zach Carpenter (16) and Andy Labelle (15) to Juvenile Department for MIP-Tobacco at Vernonia High School. 4/25/08 Arrested Craig Buckner (29) of Vernonia for Distribution to Minors and Reckless Endangering for an incident on Knott St. Lodged at CCSO Jail.
