11/17/04 Arrested Kasey Carter, 25, of Vernonia was arrested on a felony warrant out of Clark County, Washington and cited for DWS into Justice Court. He was lodged at the Columbia Count Jail. 11/18/04 A resident on Mississippi Ave reported that two mountain bikes were stolen from a residence. 11/19/04 A resident on "A" St. reported his estranged wife violated a Restraining Order. 11/19/04 Tony Pate, 44, of Vernonia was arrested on warrant from Washington County for probation violation and lodged at the Columbia County Jail. 11/20/04 A resident on 1st Ave. reported that unknown person(s) entered a vehicle and caused it to roll across the street. 11/20/04 Zachary Nutting, 12, of Vernonia was cited for Minor in Possession of tobacco products into Justice Court. 11/19/04 Officer took a report of Endangering a Minor when it was reported the parents were smoking marijuana in front of the child. The case has been referred to Family Services and the DA. 11/21/04 It was reported that someone attempted to break into the concession stand at the VHS football field. 11/23/04 A resident reported that several checks were taken and were being written to businesses. 11/24/04 It was reported that a resident was in violation of the nuisance ordinance. A report has been forwarded to the city attorney. 11/25/04 It was discovered that the Ora Bohlmier park sign had been painted on. 11/26/04 Jesse Williams, 24, of Vernonia was arrested for a Probation Detainer and lodged at the Columbia County Jail. 11/26/04 Justin Nutting, 21, of Vernonia was arrested for a Probation Detainer and lodged at the Columbia County Jail.
