1/19/05 Arrested Cody A. Toward, 19, of Vernonia for Delivery of a Controlled Substance within 1000' of school, Distribution to Minors, and Endangering the Welfare of a Minor. Booked and lodged at the Columbia County Jail. 1/21/05 Officers responded to the 700 Blk Bridge St. reference a disturbance. A 24yr old Vernonia female was taken in for Civil Detox. 1/24/05 Responded to Washington Grade School in reference to an issue with a student. A report was filed but no other action was taken at this time. 1/31/05 Took a Criminal Mischief report at Washington Grade School after nine glass blocks were broken on the cover play area.
