Vernonia community has joined together for this unique drug and
crime prevention event. Vernonia joined over 37 million people in
all fifty States, U. S. Territories, Canadian provinces and military
bases worldwide in the world's largest event of this kind.
This high-profile, high-impact event is designed to:

The "celebration" is bigger, better, and more fun every year. More people, more activities, more community support! We have a barbeque, raffles for prizes, demonstrations by law enforcement agencies around the county and plenty of stuff to entertain the kids, like McGruff the Crime Dog and Eddie Eagle.
