CERT as Auxiliary Personnel: In disaster or emergency situations, VPD may call out the members of Vernonia's Community Emergency Response Team, or CERT.  Vernonia CERT will have a website linked to this page in the future.  In the meantime, for more details, please contact Captain Kay at kay@vernonia-or.gov
