Created in June, 2005 by former Chief Matt Workman, Merchant Alert is a communication network, designed to keep the community up to date on potential criminal activity.  The program is free, requiring only an active telephone, fax line or email address.  

When potential criminal activity comes to the attention of the police, we will send a Merchant Alert to participating members.  Activity could be anything from counterfeit money to burglaries.  Remember, this program is free of charge.
