9/5/08: Four Juveniles referred to the Columbia County Juvenile Department for Minor In Possession of Alcohol during VHS football game. 
9/6/08: Elliott Graf (17) reported as a runaway from Vernonia High School. 
9/8/08: Negotiating a Bad Check case referred to Columbia County District Attorney Office
9/8/08: Second Negotiating a Bad Check case referred to Columbia County District Attorney Office
9/9/08: Death Investigation on Bridge Street. Determined to be of Natural Causes. 
9/9/08: Found Item report taken at the Vernonia Post Office.
9/15/08: Report of Threats being made to the reporting partys daughter on first avenue.

9/15/08: Report of a stolen bicycle on C street - under investigation.
9/10/08: Distribution to a minor , PCS, DCS within a 1000 feet of a school involving over 8 juveniles under investigation. 
9/11/08: Three juvenile females referred to Columbia County Juvenile Department for Burglary II, Criminal Trespass II and Criminal Mischief II at Washington Elementary School. 
9/17/08: Forgery I report taken at the Vernonia Mini Mart after employees noticed two counterfeit ten dollar bills. Merchant Notice sent out to Vernonia Area Businesses. 
9/17/08: Recovered a stolen pistol during a citizen contact on Bridge street. Weapon was originally stolen in 1998. Weapon returned to owner
9/22/08: Report of Stolen Gas taken from Knott street.
9/23/08: Found Property recovered on Jefferson Avenue. 
9/27/08: Criminal Mischief reported on Bridge street
9/28/08: Two rifles voluntarily turned in to the police department for safe-keeping from two Vernonia residents. 
9/29/08: Theft II report taken on Texas avenue.
