10/4/08: Sex Offender Registration at Vernonia Police Department
10/5/08: Ronald L. Dodson ( 38 ) of Vernonia arrested on Mist drive on several outstanding warrants. 
10/7/08: Lengthy Investigation conducted on Cherry street of a possible suicide attempt and threats. Investigation revealed the call was unfounded.
10/11/08: Criminal Mischief reported at Anderson Park. Playground equipment damaged - investigation continuing.
10/11/08: Recovered a stolen black pick up truck on Bridge street. Vehicle returned to its owner out of Washington County. 
10/12/08: Damien T OWEN (17) and Justin CAPUTO (17) of Vernonia referred to the Columbia County Juvenile Department for MIP - ALCOHOL & Curfew Violation. Juveniles released to their parents.
