2/18/09: Traffic Citation issued on Nehalem Highway South and Wilson Cutoff road for Careless Driving.
2/19/09: Andrea HOUSTON ( 26)  of Vernonia  arrested and lodged for a Multnomah County Arrest Warrant.
2/21/09: Courtney WIITA (18) of Vernonia arrested for PCS < 1 oz. 
2/21/09: Ester Pine (20) of Vernonia cited for Failure to Carry Proof of Insurance. 
2/22/09: Kodiak STONE (19) of Vernonia arrested for Fail to Carry and Present.
2/22/09: Citation issued on Rose avenue and River street for Expired Registration 
2/22/09: Citation issued on Rose avenue and Maple street  for Speeding. 
2/25/09: Juvenile Male from  Vernonia signed as a Runaway by his parents. Juvenile was located later and returned home. 
2/25/09: Ricky Barthalomew ( 37) of Vernonia arrested and lodged for Violation of a No Contact Order.
2/27/09: Two male juveniles both from Vernonia referred to the Columbia County Juvenile Department for Unlawful Possession of MDMA (Ecstasy), Unlawful Delivery of MDMA and Unlawful Manufacturing of MDMA. There vehicle was seized for civil forfeiture
3/1/09: Juvenile male from  Vernonia signed as a Runaway by his parents. Juvenile later returned home and was removed from Runaway status. 
3/1/09: Death Investigation on E.Missippi street. Ruled death was natural causes. 
3/2/09: Rusty CAMPO ( 21) of Vernonia was arrested and lodged for Assault IV -Domestic and Harassment. 
3/2/09: Rape Investigation began for the sexual assualt of a 15 year old boy.
